We understand that you may occasionally need to request an exchange, and our policy below outlines how the process works while maintaining our quality standards.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

  • Items may be requested for exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in perfect, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, fragrance, stains, or missing tags will not qualify for exchange.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and limited‑edition drops are not eligible for exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • To begin an exchange, send an email to: support@smlxy.com
    Include your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. All items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
  • When the returned item is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Items that do not meet our exchange requirements will be sent back to you.
  • For items that pass inspection, your exchange item will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE

  • If you are requesting a different size or product, kindly include your preferred option in your exchange request. Availability is not guaranteed.
  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, our team will present alternative options. In some cases, store credit or a refund may be offered based on eligibility.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

  • For customers outside Nigeria, additional shipping fees and longer transit times may apply. Customs duties or import charges (if required) are the customer’s responsibility.
